The Mobile App is property of the Government of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
SRA (Regional Secretariat for Environment and Natural Resources) manages the App with the purpose of facilitating public access to information about the geodiversity of the Autonomous Region of Madeira
SRA reserves the right to change the mobile App, as well as the access to it, without advance notice. SRA is not responsible for any damages or losses of any kind that may result from lack of continuity or availability of the App.
SRA does not guarantee the absence of viruses on its App nor the existence of other elements that may cause changes in the user’s equipment or in the files or documents stored in their computer system, and is, therefore, not liable for any damages or losses in this context.
By accessing the mobile App the user agrees, explicitly, to the terms and conditions that SRA indicates in these Legal Notices, and its abusive use and misuse is punishable by law.
Any attempts to change information, upload information, or any other action that may cause damage and/or jeopardize the integrity of the system is expressly prohibited and may be punished in accordance with the law.
The users may be held liable for damages and losses of any kind that SRA may suffer due to the non-compliance with any obligation that they are bound by the aforementioned Legal Notices.
SRA reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to its App, at any time and without notice, to users who do not comply with the Legal Notices.

The informative content of this mobile App is of general and purely indicative nature.
The App is sometimes linked to external sites over which it has no control and for which it assumes no responsibility.
All content provided by properly identified external entities are the sole responsibility of those entities. However, SRA seeks to ensure that these contents have high levels of reliability and credibility, even though it cannot guarantee their accuracy or that they are up-to-date.
It is the purpose of this mobile App to minimize the inconvenience caused by technical errors, however, certain data or information contained in this site may have been created or structured in files or formats that are not error-free.
SRA cannot guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or disturbed due to technical problems. Consequently, SRA assumes no responsibility for any problems that arise for users or third parties due to the consultation of the App or any external sites linked to it.
Disclaimer on copyright protection
The contents of the mobile App are protected by Copyright and Related Rights and Industrial Property Rights under the laws of Portugal and the European Union and other international conventions, and cannot be used outside the conditions allowed on the App.
The user may copy, download or use information or national symbols in this site for personal or public use, free of charge, provided that such use does not derive lucrative or offensive purposes.
The user must always refer the information source.
Regarding the sites for which the App is linked, the users must obtain the author's authorization or reference the source according to the respective copyright declarations. Copyright does not apply to speeches, statements or press releases produced by members of the SRA, although their authors, date and circumstances must be referred to for good information.
Disclaimer of confidentiality
Under article 35 of the CRP and Law no. 67/98 of October 26, the user information collected by the SRA's mobile App is not personal, which ensures the identity confidentiality of the visitor.
However, users will be identified whenever they commit illegal acts on the App, violate their code of conduct, or when requested by a court decision.
The SRA commits to undertake all necessary measures to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of information received from users.
